Apple or Windows PC - Help for both!

DAVE from Kings Lynn (Norfolk) - Having recently retired I decided to update my home computer and other devices. This was going to be an "out with the old and in with the new" project but what was going to come in?

Confused with the choice and the wide range of prices I needed help. In came Mike from MACUK.

He clearly and succinctly advised on the choice of device with what I wanted to achieve and quickly pointed me in the direction of an Apple Mac Air laptop and an Apple iPad.  Not only did he help me choose the device he also helped in the procurement resulting in my computer and iPad being delivered the very next day!

He set everything up  for me and retrieved all of my old emails as well. I now have my laptop, iPad and mobile phone all linked. In addition, if I run into a snag on the computer Mike can also remotely take over my computer and resolve the problem. Unbelievably helpful.

Being very trustworthy, reliable and reasonable on the charge for his time I commend Mike from MACUK to all.

ROS from Gayton (Norfolk) - I purchased a cheap tablet from a large supermarket on special offer. However it developed problems in no time at all and in addition, I was unable to get my emails although I could on my iPhone.

A friend recommended that I call Mike of MACUK who promptly visited and quickly identified the problem but informed me that an Apple iPad with a "pen" would suit my needs better.

He purchased an Apple iPad for me, set it up and I am very pleased with his choice which wasn't the most expensive in the range and Mike's cost was very reasonable too!

Next I thought about it.  ........... Having thought about it I realised the best solution was to phone Mike at MACUK and get the right fix. On this occasion a new Solid State Drive was installed and my MacBook Pro has never been faster or more stable.
